A Customer’s own instance of AibenIQ, meaning a specific version of the service that a Customer and its Subscribers are able to access, is referred to as an “Instance”. The period during which the Customer Agreement is in effect is referred to as the “Customer Relationship”.

Our Website is hosted on Squarespace, which may collect data from Users. Squarespace acts as an independent data controller for certain data collected through its platform, including via cookies and similar technologies.
